As a member firm of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (“ICAEW”), Foxley Kingham  is subject to the ICAEW’s Code of Ethics, which can be found at section 3 of the ICAEW Members’ Handbook.

Professional Indemnity Insurance

Our professional indemnity insurer is Royal & Sun Alliance plc, Colmore Gate, 2-6 Colmore Row, Birmingham B3 2QD. The territorial coverage is worldwide excluding the United States of America and Canada.

Audit

Foxley Kingham  is a registered to carry on audit work in the UK by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Statutory audit work is subject to the Audit Regulations and Guidance the International Standards on Auditing (UK and Ireland) and the Ethical Standards issued by the Auditing Practices Board.

Investment Business

Foxley Kingham  is not authorised under the Financial Services and Market Act 2000 but we are able in certain circumstances to offer a limited range of investment services to clients because we are members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. We can provide these investment services if they are an incidental part of the professional services we have been engaged to provide.
